A great taste with Peppers and capers on Salmnon.
SERVES: 4
PREP TIME: 5 Minutes
COOK TIME: 16 Minutes
Ingredients

1 lb. Salmon fillets
Bell Peppers, variety
Capers
2 T. Olive Oil
1 Whole peeled garlic clove
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Cut peppers into thin strips. Turn on the oven to 375 degrees.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
Wash the fish in cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Coat a baking dish with olive oil. Lay the salmon down in the pan, skin side facing down.
 
Step 4  Step 4:
Distribute the peppers, capers, and the whole peeled garlic cloves all around the salmon. Sprinkle with a liberal quantity of salt and pepper. Pour the remaining olive oil over the fish.
 
Step 5  Step 5:
Put the dish in the oven and cook for 16 minutes. Let it settle for a few minutes before serving.
